convenient location friendly staff good breakfast inconsistent service limited air conditioning limited parking
the location proved convenient. i found it easy to access nearby attractions. the breakfast was good (i liked the pastries!). the staff was friendly and helpful.
the room service was not consistent. i had to request it on one of the days. the air conditioning seemed to have limited functionality. the garage had a limited number of parking spaces.

small room loud air conditioning
I was a little disappointed. the room was quite small, i did not expect that (it was a standard double room). also, the air conditioning was really loud. It made it hard to sleep sometimes. the breakfast area was also very crowded. It was difficult to find a seat during peak hours.

subway location basic amenities friendly staff
i liked the location, i walked to the subway easily. the room includes basic amenities like a hairdryer. the breakfast had breads, cheese, and fruits. it was a good start for my day. the staff was friendly i think.

central location clean room delicious breakfast kind staff
The location is fantastic as it's very close to Alexanderplatz station. I found standard rooms were clean and well-kept. Breakfast had a delicious classic style. The staff were kind and helpful.
The room lacked a refrigerator. This was a slight inconvenience, but manageable.

The hotel has modern amenities and offers comfortable spaces . It provides a convenient and pleasant environment. Free tea and coffee making facilities are available, a thoughtful touch. These additions enhanced my stay.

The breakfast buffet had various foods for all tastes, which i really liked. The space for dining was generous, and the staff were amiable and friendly during breakfast. The hotel bar also offers food and drinks.

The staff were lovely, so helpful, and spoke english very well! They were always ready to assist with any queries or requests i had. This level of service greatly enhanced the overall experience.

The hotel's location is central, with easy access to all public transportation. It is close to many attractions, including two stops for hop-on-hop-off buses! The ubahn stop is also right outside the hotel.
